A system designed for events such as forums and international conferences that requires postulation of an article, evaluation and validation. This system allows participants to send their presentation or research documents to a forum. Each document sent remains pending until the organizing committee validates. Once the document is validated, the valid status appears from the applicant’s account, it is the same for a rejected document. The system is developed in java and consists of a user part for applicants and an admin part for the organizing committee. The administrator can make announcements or send a message to any applicant. The user on his side can see the administrator’s announcements and he can also send a message to the administrator.
